Product Introduction

Moisture is the failure that shows up somewhere else — a stuck valve, a blistered paint finish, a batch of parts rejected at inspection. The GEN 6 Super Cool sits directly after the compressor and after-cooler and removes that moisture before it ever reaches the ring main.

Air enters through an air-to-air pre-cooler, where the outgoing cold stream chills the incoming warm stream. The pre-cooled air then passes over the refrigerated evaporator, condenses, and drops its water into a cyclone separator with a zero-loss electronic drain. Reheating the dry air on the way out prevents condensation on the downstream pipework.

Because the compressor cycles with demand instead of running flat out, a plant on two shifts typically sees the dryer draw standby power for a third of the day.

Every unit is pressure-tested and run for a full thermal cycle before it leaves Foshan. Units are shipped ready to pipe in — no field charging, no commissioning specialist required.

Where it is specified

Typical duties for this series across our installed base.

  • Automotive paint and assembly lines
  • Electronics and PCB assembly
  • Food packaging and filling
  • Textile air-jet weaving
  • Machine shops and laser cutting
  • Pre-treatment ahead of N₂ generation

Product Features

  • Stainless Plate Heat Exchanger

Laser-welded 304 plates replace the copper coil. More surface area in less volume, and nothing to corrode when condensate sits against it.

    3-in-1 pre-cooler / evaporator / separator
  • Cycling Energy Control

A thermal mass buffer lets the refrigeration circuit shut down between calls. At 40 % load the unit draws roughly 45 % of rated power.

Up to 55 % saving at part load
  • Low Pressure Drop

A thermal mass buffer lets the refrigeration circuit shut down between calls. At 40 % load the unit draws roughly 45 % of rated power.

Up to 55 % saving at part load

Application Case

  • 01

    Ending moisture rejects
    on a wafer-handling line

    Problem

Ageing dryers were holding +12 °C dew point on hot afternoons. Water reached the vacuum grippers, tripped the line twice a week, and a wafer batch was scrapped in July.

    Solution

We logged the plant's flow for two weeks before quoting. Three EP-1500AH units run in parallel with one on rotating standby, so the line stays dry during service. All three report dew point to the plant SCADA over Modbus.
